Do you Deliver?
Yes, contact-free delivery to front porches and mailboxes is available in the neighbourhoods of New Edinburgh, Rockcliffe, Vanier, Lindenlea, and Manor Park.
Deliveries are made primarily in the evenings between 5:30pm and 6:30pm. We will ring the doorbell or knock on the door once we leave a package so that you know it’s there.
Do you ship?
We use Canada Post to ship your purchases. We will ship to anywhere in Canada or the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
All customer orders are currently being shipped out using Canada Post, the cost of which will be determined once your order has arrived here in the store and is ready to be sent out.
Do I need to approve shipping costs before you send my items?
Yes, we require you to approve the shipping cost. We will contact you with the details once we have them.
How do I pay for shipping?
We ask that you provide a credit card as part of an online order or when shopping in person. We will manually process the shipping cost once you have approved it.
Is my credit card stored securely?
Yes, card details are stored encrypted in Bookmanager and only accessible individually with a passcode.
So how securely are you *actually* storing credit card details?
Since you asked: the storage is PCI-DSS compliant. Card details are encrypted using 2048 bit RSA encryption and the private key is blowfish-cbc encrypted.
How and when will you contact me?
We will be in touch during normal business hours (Monday to Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm) to confirm order details with you. Please be sure to add us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to your e-mail address book so our messages don’t get caught in your spam filter.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Once your item(s) have shipped we will provide you with a tracking number.
